We bring health & wellness programs to youth & families around the nation.

Today we are facing an existential crisis:  global warming, over-exploited natural resources, deforestation, polluted land, water and air have imperiled the sustainability of our planet.  Correspondingly, our own biology and our health and wellness are also under threat.

A large percentage of youth are burdened by lifestyle driven chronic diseases caused by a poor diet high in processed foods:  the rates of cancer, heart attack and diabetes are at all time high levels in every state around the country.

In these times when preventable illness, like childhood, type 2 diabetes, are affecting our underprivileged youth at staggering, disproportionate rates, we know your dollars will help. And, when these same children are finding it difficult to achieve in school partly due to nutritional deficits, the information and confidence they gain from our events can change the trajectory of their lives.

Our Mission:

Support holistic health and the transformation of urban communities.

We need your help to cover costs:

We need your help today to build capacity for our organization as well as to create the necessary marketing material that will enable us to reach out to our communities. Your contribution will also assist us in updating our website and hire a full time grant writer.

Your donation helps us to...

With your help we will be able to train our team, purchase marketing material and roll out our programs in cities around the country. Our organization is growing and in 2017 we started chapters of Hip Hop is Green around the nation. All our local chapters will now co-produce our events and teach the 10th Element of Hip Hop Health & Wellness program. We are now a national organization and your contribution will help us take our organization to the next level.

RISKS

We started out eight years ago by producing 1 event a year and now we have grown into a National organization producing several events around the country. With growth like this comes many details and road blocks that we have overcame over the years. We know how to make a very small budget go far and have found the ability to deal with unknown obstacles with insightful strategy, determination, tenacity and careful planning which has lead us to our present growth. Everyday, much like many non profit organizations, we have to be very creative in order to generate funds to continue our work.

Other Ways You Can Help:

You can help us by sharing this with your favorite plant based business or organization as well as your friends and family.
